Mine are

1.Seattle Seahawks 10-6
2.San Fransisco 49ers 9-7
3.Arizona Cardinals 8-8
4.St.Louis Rams 4-12

I think this will be a tight division. The Seahawks and 49ers are tremoundously improved.

I see the 49ers being a surprise team in 2009-2010
