I think he definitely is. He'd atleast be a 9 on the rankings. He was a great stand out player before he got injured in 2005, and of course last season his injury caused for some people to question how good he really is. However, I've always thought he is a great QB that scrambles well and can make the right pass when needed to. His vision has always been excellent also. Do you think people are justified in saying he is in the top 10?
