| I think the Houston Texans make their 1st playoff appearance this year.
The best WR in football and a young improving defense. They've been 8-8 the last 2 years.
This year Im thinking they go 10-6 and finish 2nd to the Colts in the AFC South

| 49ers. They'll play better in the Western Division and overtake Seattle and St. Louis easily.

Campbell, Taylor, Portis, etc. are all experienced and if they stay healthy, could make a great Play-off run.

They play in the toughest division in football and they didnt improve their offense which was very stagnant last year. They need another playmaker at WR if you ask me and Jason Campbell isnt bad but he can never get the offense going. In the NFC East against defenses like the Giants,Eagles, and even the Cowboys have defensive talent they will struggle

Skins get: Wes Welker Pats get: 1st round pick (10) 2nd round pick (11) 2nd round pick (14) Doesnt work out too well, but I just made it real quick.

Doesnt work out too well, but I just made it real quick. lol the Patriots I dont think would trade Wes Welker, their offense is set and the Redskins already have 2 good speed WRs with Santana Moss and Antwan Randle El they just need a big target at WR and somebody who can play physical. They need a Plaxico Burress type WR who can go up and can jump balls and be a threat in the Red Zone

Hushmanzadah, Laveranues Cole, etc. A guy who can end his career at Washington.
